As the title. The walkthrough says to use it in a circle apparently in the wizards study. There is a blue oval, but the portable hold (ph) does not work. There is also a slight pillar of light outside the study, but no dice. Finally two stone circles in the rest of the map and they don't work.

It just says "this is not a suitable place blah blah blah."

edit: I figured out you cast it on the floor and not yourself = problem gone
