Dagger +4:Lifestealer

Most who have the shadowkeeper have seen this dagger in the itemlist but to get it in the game is impossible unless you cluaconsole or something like that to summon a creature with it... but I wonder is there any patch available to get it a non-cheating way? They should otherwise make a patch to include it...

No, there isn't. This is Artemis Enretri's dagger. He was apparently supposed to fight on Bodhi's side in Chapter six but got excluded.

Well, I actually typed it wrong. Sorry about that. His correct name is Entreri. His latest adventures can be found in "Servant of the Shard" (also featuring Jarlaxle, leader of the drow mercenary band) - a very good book IMO.
