I have some trouble to find the cepter keys in level 2 at Watchers keep.
I have opened the "air room" and the "slime room" but I can´t access the "ice room" or the "fire room". Where are the cepter keys supposed to be, in the libraries? or carried by the monsters?

please spoil me?

One key is found in one of the libraries, I believe Fire. Or was it Wind? No matter.

The others you will find progressively by defeating monsters as you open more and more rooms lead up to by the first scepter.

The order goes:

Wind
Poison/Slime
Ice
Fire
