Both the paladin and the ranger gets fallen versions if they fail any of the tests in hell. What about druids? Do they become shaowdruids?

I've heard that there is a machine in Tob that can rais your strength. Does it have other possibileties like raising wis or dex?

Yes.

I Don't think Druids can become fallen, because they are mearly tools for the greater equality of life. In hell though, hmm. Im really not sure. And yes, the Machine of Lum the Mad can raise all your stats. Pretty sweet.
