Exellent weapon ability

Spectral Brand +5, IMHO not a wepon that comes to mind as one of the best in the game, I started using it as I used the RAS in SOA, basically as a quick summons that could be sent against things however then I noticed the nifty Armour Piercing Strike ability which can be used if the Brand +5 is in any of your weapon quickslots and applies the massive THACO bonus to the character as a whole not just the spectral brand itself.
With this baby in her second weapon slot I can even get Imoen to hit big nasties in hand to hand combat, albiet, only for a couple of rounds.
