Install problems-CE patch

I seem to be having problems getting any camirilla edition patch work on my VTMB--the disc I have is from e-bay international and seems to work fine as long as I dont try to update it however-- I have played this game 7 times and would like to get more of a bite out of it. Any ideas on how to install?

Please go to their own forum and ask about it there. I doubt they read this one...
