Btw: If u dualwield an axe and belm+2(belm in the off hand), is the extra attack made by the axe or belm?

If you start a new ToB game, none of the romance will run. Don't know about the extra attack.

Off hand weapons ALWAYS (except for impr haste) have one attack/round, so all extra attacks go to the main weapon.
