i am new to dungeons and dragons, well im still reading the rules but i gathered a group of people who would play but there are some problems:
1 i am gonna be the dungeon master, but a friend who is an experienced dnd player(and he will not be playing...) told me that the dm should have at least some experience to lead a dungeon or whatever he leads. So can somebody tell me....
2 in the players handbook it says that there are no druids,monks,bards,sorceresses,shamans....only some basic classes...can i use these classes or is 4th edition limited to those that are in players handbook?and if i can use them where do i find info about those classes......and the same thing for races!
3 i dont wanna buy figurines for dnd but i think lego can take care of it what do u think? :D
4 i got dm guide, players handbook and monster manual on my computer so can i play without some of those?i know i gotta have a monster manual but is so CRITICAL that i have dm guide and players handbook?
5 i put together a group of 7 people(including me)for dnd so is it ok to play with 6 pcs?...
6 how am i gonna make up for my pc in some other session(with same people)if someone else wants to be a dm?i mean if their pcs are like 6th lvl and i dont have a pc how am i gonna play with them?

thanks for answering if someone does :D

1. It's too general to give an answer too. Read through the DMG, at least once. And play. Do some mock-combats with your players first, so everybody has a general idea about the rules.

2. There are different Player's Handbooks. You can use all of them, some or them, but need at least one. I think there are four, right now.

3. Lego does just fine. As long as you have some way of indicating the player's and enemies' positions, you'll manage.

4. Yes, those three books are absolutely, positively, defitenitely, FOR SURE the bare minimum you'll need. Read them at least once, preferably more than once, especially the rules-parts, as your players will be asking you questions. The less you have to flip through the books, the better. Don't fall for the "But you're DM, you can MAKE the rules" trap. It requires a lot of experience to do that fairly and consequently. If you start popping rules out of your hat which contradict the book, some players will get upset, and rightly so. If, after some sessions, your group feels that some rules don't work, talk about it, and agree on a change.
NEVER, ever change a rule on the fly in the middle of a session.

5. Sure.

6. Just make your PC the same level of the PC you'll be replacing. Imagine that that PC "tags along" the times you don't play him or her.

You buy them, just like the other books. Almost every online store I know allows partial previews of them.
You can also visit the official fora of Wizards of the Coast, the people who make D&D 4th Edition.

I told you where to find the Orcs. Paragon paths are explained in the PHB. If you're too lazy to read, I'm too lazy to type.

If none of the PHBs has pure orcs, then check the back of the MM: there are a bunch of monster races with stats for players to choose. IIRC, the orc is there too. Around page 277, I think.
