I've got Jaheira rubbing up one leg, and Viconia up the other. Can it be that they both dig me and want to hit the hay wiht me? (I AM a paladin, if that's the case)

Almost anything is possible with the advant of the Baldurdash patches that were released. There is one, I beleieve called the "Happy Script" that you can download.

Well, there are varieties of skripts, IMHO, you should check [url="http://www.users.bigpond.com/qtnt/index.htm"]Sabre's site[/url], though there are other, too.
Sabre ofers range of patches: Happy Script
v4-5 - This patch prevents NPCs from fighting each other and leaving when the party's
reputation is too high/low. Multi-romance files are also included with this
patch.
High Level Abilities - High Level Abilities for Fighter/Mage/Cleric and Fighter/Mage/Thief, this is for Throne of Bhaal users only.
Multi-Romance v1-0 - The name speak for itself.
Multi-Stronghold v1-7 - This patch allow you to get all of the strongholds within the game.
Starting Romance - Allowing any gender/race to star a romance, you still have
to choose correct dialogues and so on.

I should add that "all" here means "any if you wish"
