I took the quest from the dwaves to kill all the monks and upon my return I can't continue into the underdark passages because I killed Morohem along with the rest of them? Anyone wanna help me understand?

Just kill everything. Kill the dwarves. Kill the monks. I forget how you get past the 8 chambers, I think a killed monk drops something that allows you to progress.
