running out of equipment in Dragons eye
I am in level 4 of Dragons eye and I have run out of bolts and arrows. Nathaniel costs too much.( 34,000 for 20 arrows) Is there anywhere else I can get them? Everyone in Kuldahar has vanished.

I don't ever remember running out of arrows or bolts in Icewind Dale 1 or 2. I only took 1 dedicated archer each time, however, but there didn't seem to be any shortage of normal arrows.
Do you mean normal arrows or just special arrows such as +1 or Fire arrows etc?
A good trick I learned to restock on arrows if I couldn't be bothered to find a dealer was:
Have your cleric summon skeletons, you would normally get at least two skeleton archers per summons. Engage them in a battle where they die quickly then retreat until the bad guys give up and go back to their routine patrols, then go and rummage through the bodies of the skeletons.
Depending on your level, summoned skeleton archers will carry normal arrows (50% of the time) +1 arrows (30% of the time) and fire arrows (20% of the time) - or some similar matrix.
But in the main, I found just normal arrows sufficed for much of the journey until I had an over-supply of better arrows, which you can buy hundreds of for just 10 or 20 gold, or normally find from defeated foes in healthy enough numbers. Are you remembering to loot all the defeated foes? There's also a couple of returning arrows around which are like unlimited normal arrows by themselves.
If you're desperate some of the guys here know the cheat that lets you add inventory to you back-pack, so I'm sure that might help if someone posts that.

Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
