I've noticed in Arcanum, the shear amount of STUFF that you can accumulate may often be too much to bear, even with party members like Soggy being a pack mule. So I've come around to ask a somewhat creative question: Where is your main character's home, as in, the character you make specifically with yourself in mind, not just a warrior, or a magic, or a technomancer, but the character you label as yourself, where might your character take up residence, or for lack of imagination, where would they store they're stuff at the end of the day.
My Personal choice would be Liam's Workshop, as it has many chests that you can store stuff in and even comes with a sleep-able bed, I mean heck, poor Liam isn't using it anymore, so why not put his old house to good use right.
Or if I go with a more classy character, I may in fact clear out the castle north of Ashbury, for a nice, big home for my character to live.
And if you feel neither has enough space to store you infinite junkpile, go with the cargo hold mod on Terra Arcanum, it was one of my favorite storage spots, as it was DESIGNED to be one after all right.
I've heard of some people using the Wolf Cave for a storage spot too, as well as possibly others, and I'd love to hear what other people have done in response to the massive amount of items they lug around during the game...
