For some reason my theatre key is not in my key ring anymore and I am unable to enter the Chinese theatre to finish the Gargoyle Removal Service quest. Is there a console command to put it back in my inventory or even to open the door?

Also, I am unable to get the dialogue from the hookers to finish the Pumpin' For Romero quests.

I'm running the unofficial patch 7.5

...you may need to do that quest before you finish the nosferatu quests. As for the other, how high is your persuasion? Fancy ladies may need a bit of persuading to follow some guy "to meet a friend who lives in the cemetary". If you're a Nossie, you can't do that quest, pure and simple.

That would be give item_k_chinese_theatre_key.

Gargoyle Removal Service

I have a problem with the Gargoyle removal service.
I can't get Maximilian Strauss to tell me, the gargoyle in the chinese theater is his creation.

Do you need to be of a certain clan or do you need a certain level of persuasion to do that?

I'm playing a Malkavian and my persuasion is at 4

You need a persuasion of 5...

Persuasion is one of the key skills to get the most out of this game, aiming to have it around 8~9 by the time you do the gargoyle quest (or earlier) will open up many options.
