Hey Craig, you might want to check out here. You can find the 3E stats for Gnolls under the monster section. Anyway, I think an Aasimar is a Celestial/Human hybrid. Thus, I doubt you can't have a Gnoll Aasimar. However, you can add the Half-Celestial template to a Gnoll, which is close to the same thing (I'm not sure what the differences in origin are but Aasimar have different abilities then Half-Celestials). So you're Half-Celestial Gnoll would look something like this:
Half-Celestial Gnoll
Medium-Size Humanoid (Gnoll)
Hit Dice: 2d8+2 (11 hp)
Initiative: +0
Speed: 20 ft. (scale mail), base 30 ft.
AC: 17 (+1 natural, +4 scale, +2 large shield)
Attacks: Battleaxe +3 melee; or shortbow +1 ranged
Damage: Battleaxe 1d8+2; or shortbow 1d6
Face/Reach: 5 ft. by 5 ft./5 ft.
Special Qualities: Darkvision 60 ft. Smite Evil (Su): Once per day the Gnoll can make a normal attack to deal additional 2 damage against an evil foe. Acid, cold, and electricity resistance 5. Spell Resistance 4.
Saves: Fort +4, Ref +0, Will +0
Abilities: Str 15, Dex 10, Con 13, Int 8, Wis 11, Cha 8
Skills: Listen +3, Spot +3
Feats: Power Attack
Challenge Rating: 1
Treasure: Standard
Alignment: Gnolls are usually Chaotic Evil while Half-Celestials are always Good. Thus our Half-Celestial Gnoll is probably Chaotic Good.

i've seen it but i don't know what a Half-gnoll is like(don't worry) and an aasimar y'know now physical descriptions

Aasimar carry the blood of a celestial, the begotten offspring from the union of a mortal and a deity. Aasimar are usually good-aligned and fight against evil in the world.
