my game won't load please help

i'm playing War of Angels, for a while then suddenly the game hangs, i downloaded it again and tried to patch it then it gave me the black screen of death. i know i should talk to their customer support but its nearing weekends and i think it would be faster if i ask here. pls help i got nothing to play this weekend besides this.

Just sharing:
XD i used their customer support, i was wrong, they did answer me quickly. and even helped me step by step on how to fix the problem they even gave me tips on where to hunt XD.
Lesson learned: "asking is better than accusing."

My brother facing that problem yesterday then i suggest him to call customer support for it. They have better serve us and they solve all the problems. I am also suggest you to chase customer support.
