Hi guys,
Is there a feat anywhere that allows characters to move at their normal rate whilst moving silently and hiding without a penalty?
Thanks.

If there is, your best bet is Complete Adventurer, Complete Scoundrel or Races of the Wild.
There's also at least one PrC that grants this ability, but I can't recall the name. It was from one of the softcover 3.0 books. Ninja of the Moon?

I'm not a big D&D fan, so I could be wrong, but I don't think this is a real feat. This, or something like it, was in one of the recent CRPGs (probably NWN2), but it strikes me as being far too open to abuse in P&P.
In any case, searching for "D&D feat list" in Google turns up WotC's
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/feats for 3.5. I didn't find anything like this for "hide", "hidden", or "stealthy", but you might want to poke around.

Yeah, I did the same but came up empty. Nevermind, I suppose -5 on the roll isn't the end of the world, thanks for the replies.

I stumbled upon a PrC that grants just the ability you seek: Seeker of the Misty Isle. It's some sort of Cleric/Ranger-Rogue PrC. A very decent PrC. It's from Complete Divine, p.61.

Awesome, I'll have a look at that when I get a chance. Thanks.

And found something else: IIRC, a skill trick from Complete Scoundrel. Does exactly what you ask.
