Need to find Hi-Res Mod, Terra-Arcanum down since yesterday

Hello, it's been nine years since I last played this game and I'm dying to start on it again, but after seeing screenshots of it, I have to have the high-res patch (HighRes1.1a.exe), and the Terra-Arcanum site (the source) has been down since yesterday afternoon. I can't find it anywhere else, so I'm wondering if anyone has the file and would they please upload it and post a link? Thanks!

A little bit of searching showed that Drog's site is not being maintained (Apache error at download link, old certificate on main site), but the file itself is also hosted on the House of Lords parent site. You should be able to grab it from here :

For f*ck's sake, I tried navigating to the site on my iphone using the 3G network, and it worked! So I jumped on one of the unsecured wireless networks in my area and had no problem getting to the site and downloading the file. This makes absolutely no sense to me, but at least I managed it in the end. Is it possible my IP was blocked by Terra-Arcanum's server? If so, I have no idea why. I've never been to/heard of that site before yesterday. Oh well...

It's also possible that the router you're going through is blocking your inbound traffic.
If you still need it, I will be able to provide you with the file later today, as I'm currently at work.

But why just to that one website? Anyway, like I said, I got it using another wireless network, so I won't be needing your services after all. But thanks, anyway.
