Stuck at Second Song Portal

So I killed the Reaver in the temple but the Song Portal doesn't work, and neither does walking back outside to the world map portal.
I tried fiddling around with the console and managed to escape, only to find out that I'm still stuck and can't progress the story, and I also overwrote my nearest save file leaving the world map, so the only one I've got is like 10 hours into the game.
Is there anything I can do at this point? (besides restarting) Any help would be appreciated.

The console is reached via the ` key which left of the "1" on your keyboard (not keypad), and below the Esc key. Again, as noted in the second link, be sure to get the location code from the correct folder 1st.

Yes, I already managed to teleport out, but the problem is that the story hasn't advanced.

Did you go back to Arhvan and then walk back out again?

I went back and out again, and tried going through the portal in the middle which sent me back to West Harbor. The portal in the temple still isn't working though.
If it helps any, my journal still says I've only found 4 out of 5 statues, and nothing about
someone stealing the last one.

Are you sure you have killed everything in the Crypt? (..I think I once had a shade that was locked in the corner or something that prevented me from using the portal.)
Also, have you picked-up all the treasure in the Crypt?

There's nothing else alive, and picking up everything doesn't do anything. :l

Well sorry, I'm tapped-out of suggestions.
Reload to a prior save..
-and try to remember the advice the game gives:
"save early, save often."
