Sorry if these have already been asked. Did a search, but coud not find.

1. Can you play GOTY on PC with out using Live and if so how?

2. Can you play the game without having to insert disc 1 first?

3. Cab you name or title your save games using New Save, and if so how?

I have both disc's loaded and all DLC's but Broken Steel activated and I have GFWL on my pc if that info is needed to answer questions.
