Can you heal her or do you have to let her "go rest" to heal? If so, how long does she have to stay gone?

in case you have not figured it out..

The follower I had was from the DB. I could heal him with a spell but he would also heal himself with a self heal spell. I do not know if all companions have this but that one did. I'm also not sure if he rested when I did but they fallow your lead so it would lead me to believe they do.

Best option, imo, is to hit the WAIT button (T) on 1 hour choice, so long as no enemies nearby. She will heal. Applies to all injured people who are with you, even your horse if you use one.
