Stupid question time.

I just dl'd Return to Ostragar and it says I need a newer version of the game. I had downloaded the original patch which botched my game and I needed to do a reinstall so I never went back and got that one.

There is no "Update" option from in the game that I can see (I always like that option). So I went to Bioware, went to the patches screen, searched for Dragons Age. It shows Patch 1.02 and gives a link as the "most current patch". However when I download from that link it shows up at 1.01b.

Any ideas?

Where is it showing up as 1.01b?

The link I found is definetly 1.02.

Choose Language | BioWare Social Network

When I click on the link it shows up in my download window as 1.01b.

Also, after installing that patch I still get the error that the new DLC requires version 1.02 and I am running an outdated version of the game.

Anyway, found it on a third party site and it worked.

Sent an e-mail to Bioware...got their answer today. Same as always: Uninstall and start from scratch. Must be their pat answer.

Where did you find it? Mine said I needed an upgrade but didn't tell me how to do that.
