Consecutiveness of patches

Hello,
to get to the point: For S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, do I have to patch the game one download at a time (From 1.0001 to 1.0006) or should I just download the latest patch since the latest patch would have all the updates from the other patches within itself?
I know this is probably a silly and obvious question to all of you but I just wanted to be safe from the not so malign consequences of incorrect actions.
Edit: Another question about the same game: I have the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl bonus edition (with all that making of and stuff) and it's in English, is there a way to change that into Russian? I mean all the dialogue and stuff... Please tell me if I need to download anything for that.
Thanks in advance,
