Side quests that you do not see every where

It came to my attention that several quests do not appear in many guides, so if you want to discover some of these I will give some hints.
There is some of the guys on the beach that is very naive, if you play along he will buy some stuff from you (the stuff is very easy to find, but its interesting if you like to look around). Its very funny, but will cost humanity, but I cant helped.
Another quest that its very good, but also cost humanity its linked to "Finding a Lily" that you can see on the guide on this very site. After you save Lily the man who sells blood will curse you. If you dont convince him that time, and again when you try to buy some blood, you can offer him a compensation. Listen carefully what he will say and you will have a hint where to find a replacement for Lily.
Another very good quest is in Chinatown, when you talk to Jin Wen Ja (fortune teller). That quest appears in most of the guides, but what the guides miss is that you can bargain with Lu, his enemy. Every time you talk to one of them you must say something to raise your cut. Discover yourself.
