Ok, so i recently bought Oblivion Goty edition for xbox 360. The disk one works fine, however when I install the disk two (shivering isles/Knights of the Nine) nothing happens. The screen says downloading extra content, but I do not have Shivering isles or the Knights of the Nine pop up on my screen. I have tried all the techniques listed onthe internet to make the quest pop up (Sleeping, Fast traveling, Going to the Location) but i have yet to see the quest.

Please Note: I do not have Xbox Live, I had to regular Oblivion before GOTY edition, and The GOTY edition was brand new from Best Buy.

I would suggest:

1) Go to Bethesda Softwork's site, and contact their tech support about this.

2) If they can't help you, bring the product back to Best Buy as defective.

This is all just my opinion, but it makes sense.
