Problem with Onderon Finale

I've been searching, but I haven't found any solution to this problem.
I've returned to Onderon, after finishing Korriban (as the second planet after Telos, if that matters) and recieved the message from Kelborn. I chose Bao-Dur, Visas Marr and Mandalore for the Sith Tomb-part, and finished that. And now, I'm on Onderon with my main character, but I can't get through the force fields without Bao-Dur's shield breaker ability. Every walkthrough and guide I've checked doesn't even mention that you are required to bring him, and I was given the opportunity to chose characters for each quest, so I'd like to know how to get through the force fields without Bao-Dur, or if this is just som weird glitch in my game. Can you help me?
