Problem with Audens Avidius

Done everything I should for this quest but for some reason he has not been arrested.
I have had no problem with this quest on previous occasions, so I wonder if the fact I did it quite a long while after Lex was transferred and a new guy took over, has affected it in some way? It is still Itius Hayn who has to do the arresting, so I can't see that there should be any difference - but it has been 2 days since Ruslan and Luronk reported to Hayn, and still no arrest. I have left the city in hopes it would prompt the arrest, but no joy. Any ideas?
Meh... needn't have fussed - it just took 3 gamedays instead of happening the following day as it usually does. I still wonder why, though.
