when i equip items with +to stamina something strange happens it says there is 25 in reserve at my stamina count but there are no powers on, and that's how much stamina the item adds. (this was with the dragonscale armor by the way) Also there was the executioner helm, it also adds 25 stamina but when you equip it of course adds the stamina, but on any sustained abilities it takes 25 away from their reserve cost, so if something would reserve 35 stamina it would say that it is reserving 10 now are they supposed to do these things? (they all still add the right amount of stamina by the way)

That's the way it works.

The "+" stamina adds to your total amount. (Fatigue is essentially the opposite of this.)

The "-" stamina "cost" REDUCES the amount of stamina cost for each activated stamina draining talent.

Think of the former as increasing the size of your fuel tank in your vehicle, where as the latter provides you with MUCH better "MPG".

It's FAR preferable to have as much of the "-" feature as possible.
