I was browsing on Amazon and noticed three classes of PST games to buy: There were some "new" dvd versions, and then the original 4 disc version and the the 2 disc versions.. This original stuff goes upwards of 50 or 60 bucks, and often doesn't even come with a manual or anything... I guess this is because they are seen as a collectors items right, because you can buy a new dvd version for like 20 bucks?
Anyways, I was wondering about the dvd versions... is this something new, or what, because I didn't even know they were being sold outside of the old 2 disc and 4 disc versions? What do you get, just a single dvd with the game on it?
I ask because I'm thinking of buying one of these copies to use whenever I need to do an install, so as to be able to put away my original discs for safe keeping. (I own the 4 disc version, and I also have the manual, a rarity it seems. Alas I don't have the packaging or anything...)
