Autopatcher trouble

Every time i try to update NVN 2 with autopatcher it stops at 6 % completing.
It is frustrating as i have MotB installed and has to deal with the loads of bugs it brings to the OC(I'm currently stuck in the NVN archives).
Has anyone had similar problem with autopatcher?
