Modding Attempt

Well if you would consider it modding... Sorry if this shouldn't be posted here.

So I love the game and all but I have one gripe, I really can't stand the model for the Ventrue female.

Sooo.... I read everything I could in the Tools folder and played with the tools there, thanks for putting them there Wesp5!

I extracted all the .vpk files

I renamed everything in
C:\Users\Public\Games\Vampire - Bloodlines\Vampire\models\character\pc\female\ventrue
to the extension *.123

I copied everything in C:\Users\Public\Games\Vampire - Bloodlines\Vampire\models\character\pc\female\tremere

into

C:\Users\Public\Games\Vampire - Bloodlines\Vampire\models\character\pc\female\ventrue

I then renamed all the new Tremere files to the original Venture names and extrensions...

I run the game uncompressed (takes a bit longer, not much) and in the character creation page the models look correct, is this all that needs to be done?

Thanks in advance for any info that someone might have.

(I'm not sure why the odd spacing in the directory path above is happening)

And I can't find it anywhere, how do I rebuild the .vpk files? I can't find it anywhere?

As long as the four model files(for each appearance) are in "C:/Program Files/Activision/Vampire - Bloodlines/Vampire/Models/character/pc/(male or female)/ventrue/", and the texture files(again, for each apearance), are in "C:/Program Files/Activision/Vampire - Bloodlines/Vampire/materials/models/character/pc/(male or female)/ventrue/", the game should read and display them correctly.

Though about rebuilding the vpk files, do you mean they aren't in the "vampire" folder anymore?
