Question 1:
Enhanced weather put itself in the load order before Oblivion.esm. Wrye Bash (which I still barely understand) complains about it, but doesn't give me a definite error. Is this normal? Should it be fixed? If that is the case, how do I do that with Wrye Bash?
[solved, load order issue (as usual)]

Question 2:
As you can see I have Ethereal Eyes installed. The 'add-on' version, not the eye replacer version. Do I see them during the initial character creaton? Not at all. What am I doing wrong here?
[solved]

Bonus Question:
I downloaded a version of Enhanced weather from TESNexus that according to the description should not have required OBSE: 1.3.5 + the 1.3.7 patch. However, Wrye Bash has shown me that the 'Enhanced Seasons' esp requires ScreenEffects.esm, which is most definitely part of OBSE. For the time being, I have disabled the esp. What's going on here + how should this be remedied?

Question nr. 2 is being worked on. Seems like the eyes weren't added to all races. Strange, but fixable via the editor I think. Or maybe I'll download a pack that adds elven eyes..

(Confirmation: solved Question 2 by use of the editor. Not sure what went wrong in the first place.)

1) Click the ESP/ESM whose time/date you want to change.

2) Under Modified on the right, type in the date/time you want.

3) Under Masters further down on the right, click Save.

That's it. :)

Ah. But then, the mod list makes no sense to begin with. The unofficial Oblivion patch is dated 2001.

Edit: Ah, never mind.. they were sorted first by file type (.esm,.esp) and then by date. So the mix of the dates looked a little odd :)

You can always just click on the head of a column, and change the sort. :)
