Need some monster locations

Just wondering if anyone knows where theres high concentrations of hyena's and those worm things in act 2 / Egypt?

Dont know with the hyena's, but i got 3 complete Vile Ichor from going through The Rhakotis library 2 times.. Don't know if i was just lucky finding that great amount of worms, but I suggest you try it out..
