Planescape: Torment , damned crowbar!

I'm busy with Planescape: Torment but i'm stuck at Alley of Lingering Sighs, i need to find a crowbar to finish the second repair, where in the name of the deadbook do i find it? I cant buy it from the market yet strangely i remember (not too sure about this 
) killing somebody who had a crowbar.
