Very, very odd items?!

It happened today for the first time and I thought it was a fluke:
Sell Value of 2547
Loop of Reasoning
+13 Int
Req. Player Lvl 8
Req Dex: 398046848
Req Int: 398046912
Totally bizzare and I was about to write it off, but now it's starting to appear more frequently on other items, both found and in stores, which practically makes them unusable, ever.
Is anyone else getting this?

Heh! Yup, I thought I had money as well, apparently not ... very, very odd is all I can say. Those have to be some kind of bugs, but if it is an item that you really need/want it can be very annoying.

Runesky that price is about right unfortunately for you, though you should look at the positives you have a decent item available early on (im guessing early on because you dont have that kind of money). Those kind of requirements are extraordinary and must be a bug however. The opposite happened to me; for about five minutes all my skills all had 130 points allocated to them so you can imagine the damage i was doing

it dissappeared after i allocated some points however and so i think yours might sort itself out, if not get that dexterity up lol.

orite yes, although i suppose you could use that item to reach lvl 65 and then ditch it. The health thing is definately bugged, thought it meant added that amount of health on etc. You poor people have issues lol.

I am more annoyed with the INT and DEX requirements, because these happened really early on, I am in Egypt and this started way back in Greece so instead of nice items for beginings I got that. Oh well. .. though I did patch the thing last night and am yet to find another one after that. I am not sure if it is connected cause that was at the same I switched to Egypt. Either way it is/was annoying.

that is what the sacraficial mod is, i've found several of them from mobs, clearly it works out better for a caster then a melee type but it's what you pay for 26% experience increase. Also the items i've found have all had a level requirement of 40, so 38 is low for that mod

The first item has to be bugged as said before, but I would wear the second item.
Nature/Spirit, I can heal myself anytime, and I have death ward if it drains too far anyways. Heart of Oak also helps lessen the penelty.
