searched, but haven`t found any information about 3 act secondary quests

1. Dwarven Song of Ore
2. The Lore of Aranna
3. The Lost Jewels of Soranith
4. The Legendary Mace of Agarrus
5. The Mage`s Apprentice
6. The Kalrathian Nexus
7. ???
8. ???
9. Vix`s Vengeance

where do i get 7th and 8h quests and how ?
trying to finish all quests
Act 1 - done
Act 2 - rahvan`s quest bugged (collected 2 masks be4 talked to rahvan and did not recieved quest)
Act 3 - working on "Lore of Aranna" and looking for 2 missing quests

#7 is Sartan's quest, triggered in the tavern.

#8 is a quest you can get outside the Morden town. There's a secret elevator at the edge of the town that leads to the quest givers.

where`s that ?
i`m probably just 2 stupid, but i can`t find it (running around for last 20 mins)
another Q - there are several locked doors in town - when i try to open them i get message, that their require "a key of morden make"

I think it's in the district of the shield. In one of the lowered platforms there's a button which controls an elevator. All of the locked treasure doors are part of the quest.
