I've got a radio stuck in my head

Just a few minutes ago I was sitting here when all of a sudden the lyrics to a song started running through my head. I got up and turned on the radio and they were playing that song. this has happened to me lots of times. does this happen to everyone or do i just have some kind of FM antenna built in my brain?
