I noticed that the level HLAs are given is incorrect in the manual (even for single class characters). Is there an easy way to know when HLAs are given? If not, are there any accurate charts?

You usually get one everytime you level up after 2.9 mill experiance. It is a bit screwy though in my experiance. I've had Multiclassed players get them too early and Duel classed players get them too late.

there are some known issues - like if you are a Cleric/Ranger multiclass, you'll get one set of HLAs before 3 million XP (Cleric levels I believe).
