advertisments work?

I'd like to exprese my surprise, that last night, at 3 AM local time,I actualy looked at the ad at the top of this page("you have one gift waiting") and said to my self, I should click this, I will get some free stuff!

that marks the first time EVER that I've followed an ad's link on purpose!
Buck, you've got youself some competent sponsers!

b.Morlock not orlock.Probably a typo but in the movie "Shadow of the vampire" (2000, John Malkovich,William Dafoe) Count Orlock is,in everything but name, Dracula.

No.I am not sure where I got it from,but three years ago,when I got Baldurs gate,I wanted a name,fit for a wizard,that would fit in the forgotten realms.So I guess subconciesly I was putting together warlock and another M' word (possibly Marduk- an ancient Babylonian god)

The funny thing is that I had just watched the movie for the first time at midnight that same night!
BTW not a good movie,weird,not scary,2 star in short.
