i read somewhere that if you cure yourself from vamprism using the purgeblood salts in the deepscorn hollow you can get vampirism back by sleeping in the coffin, I have cured myself using tehe salts and i have not been able to become a vampire once again since. so i was just wondering if the salts are a permanent cure like the quest cure is

Yes it is permanent. There is no way to become a vampire after being cured. I was sad when I found that out too. The only way to become a vampire again would be through mods or using the console on your PC to edit your character.
