Character movement decreased

During the battle in the bonegnasher cave, all my characters got "movement speed decreased". I've used a number of potions, but can't seem to get my movement back to normal....what needs to be done?

What kind of creatures were you fighting?
Are you sure your characters aren't overburdened?
Did you try leaving and resting?

Do your characters have search mode active?

did someone cast stonespikes (or whatever its called 3rd level druid spell). That spell impairs movement for 24 hours I believe.
