Okay, so I'm almost finished with the game. I'm at the level that in the walkthrough is called "CK Outskirts." I'm at my keep and I have to tell Sir Nevalle, “The Keep is ready to stand against the Shadow Army.” And then it's supposed to start the next sequence. The problem is that after I tell him that, it goes to the loading screen, gets halfway through loading, then my computer automatically exits out of the game and tells me some error occured.

I just need to know if this has happened before, and if there is a patch for it. Please reply soon! I've been stuck at that point for 8 months now and still haven't found a way to fix it.

Get the game DVD to "auto-run" and when the "auto-run" menu pops-up - select the update and wait for the game to update.

Then go back to a saved game well before where you are stuck and start playing again.

This *might* work.
