What are your favorite/least favorite nicknames that you have been called in your life?

Gee, in my life, I've gotten many female ones from a certain member at this UBB... Maggie, Penny, and Sandy... but IRL, people always called me by my real name, Barry, except those who didn't like me and called me "Twerp" because of my size. Ah, the innocence of youth, and being bigger than them all now

necromancer - thursday (in 1998) morning i bought Fallout2, i was alone for 5 days (BOO-YA!) installed played till monday moring without sleeping, went to the local MTG store to play some MTG and L5R, i looked like i was dead.
my previous nickname was Zombie because i always played zombie or reanimation deck in MTG, so they just "upgraded" me to necromancer.

after that i slept for 17 hours

BTW dont drink too much coffee, it can make strange things to your mind... :D

The nickname I like: none
The nickname I do not like: Simian, Spider.

My friends call me Simian or Cavallazzi(real name) even today. When someone call "Ivan" I even look, because it is not for me.

Hey, I never called you Penny. You came up with that one on your own. :p I called you Maggie when you were Magmar because "Magmar" reminds me of Maggie from Sliders. ;) :p Just be glad you didn't get stuck with the nickname "Zapple" like our old friend Zapmon. ;)

Well, I got "Pumbaa"

In football, my friend, during conditioning, would watch me run, and for some reason it reminded him of Pumbaa from the Lion King. So, from behind, I would always hear him yelling "Run Pumbaa!"

:D

actually no, both names were given asides from their obvious sexual inuendo. but i've had more than one girl ask me about my nicknames, especially when they hear me being called by both names.
of course i do nothing to dissuade them from thinking what they want to...

;) :D

Can't imagine why somebody would give a pretty and smart young lady as you derogatory nicknames? Must be pure envy

I've had more nicknames that I care to remember...the guys in my class were very imaginative

Favorite: My father calls me "fatso" because I'm quite slim. I think that's kind of sweet :)

Least favorite: Some male friends and the guys in my art school class many years ago used to call me "Princess" (as if it was a name). I'm not sure why, but partly it was because they thought I reminded them of the cartoon figure Modesty Blaise who was nicked that.

This reminds me of a not-so-sweet thing that happened to me once. I was in 6th grade at the time and outside doing something. A group of 4 black guys driving by called me a "[removed]" while they were stopped at the stop sign(our house was on the corner). I have never figured that one out.
