Currerntly I have 5 quest which is not able to continue or continue:
1) Find evidence - I collected ALL evidence and go back to Sa' Sani but she does not respon on it. ( But I can continue for the main quest )
2) Retrieve cargo - I retrieve 9 cargo and go back to Sa' Sani but she does not respon on it.
3) Singin pendant - I went to that cave and retrieve the pendant before I got the quest. When I go back to Redfeyer with his pendant, he does not respon on it.
4) Nimbre - I had talk to the captain before I went to loremaster house but it seem that I did not receive any quest. After I spot that loremaster has yuan-ti tatoo, there is no other enemies spawn and after I killed the loremaster and loot his corpse, there is no bloodied letter.
5) Shattered Spear Clan - I retrieved the spear before I got that quest, when I talk to the chieftan of that clan she does not respon on it.
SoZ buged quests!

Have you downloaded all the patches? Press the Update button when online if you are not sure. There are tons of 'em.

The only one of those quests that is actually bugged is the Nimbre quest and installing the Nimbre Fix should have solved that. None of the other quests are bugged in the least and have worked for me without issue on multiple playthroughs of SoZ.
I've noticed that you are experiencing bugs at places where other people don't and you are experiencing a LOT of them. This makes me believe that your problems are either a bad installation, or a custom content conflict (which includes no-cd cracks btw).
No offense intended but you haven't registered any of your cd codes at the official forums and I seriously doubt that ALL of your cd key codes for NWN2, MotB and SoZ are "broken". This leads me to wonder if your problems are being caused by the use of a no-cd crack and/or a bad torrent download.
