Vehemence's Journey - In search of comedy

Day 1:

It started out like any other day, the sun came up and lit the sky before me. Morning breakfast, toast and a cup of tea and sitting down to watch Spiderman. "Oh that Jamerson, he bugs me so. One day, spidey will get his revenge on that guy." I'd grumble before making my way to the shower.
That's where the usual nature of my day stopped. My day it would seem would soon be changing in a direction that even good ol spidey couldn't follow. Drying my hair as I got back to my room, a small, folded piece of paper was on my bed. Looking around, no visible signs of anyone even entering my room were clear. I reached out and took the piece of paper in hand. Unfolding it the words "Listen to the music and your mind will dance" scribled across it in heavy black ink. It was almost as if the person writing it was in a hurry.
I checked outside of my room. All the doors were still locked and my cat was sleeping soundly next to the heater. "hello" i called out hesitantly. "Is anyone there?"
There was of course no answer, only the slighly disturbing silence broken by the occasional drip from the shower.
Perplexed and a generally confused, I took a look outside. The sunshine was fading quickly under a torrent of dark clouds. Rain was on its way, but well, it is winter. Walking back to my the bathroom I hung my towel on the rack and washed my face in the basin. The hot water splashing over my face seemed to relax me somewhat. Feeling refreshed, I headed back to my room...
