Sorry to bother you again but I've a new problem.
After killing Andrei I went to the sewers, took ledger and clipboard but I went out to finish this later and now I've no access to that area (I've checked the sewers in Hollywood and Downtown but it isn't there).
After this I've completed many quests and I wouldn't like to come back to make it all over again. Help!

PS. I'm cheating with -console, I guess it can help me but I don't know how yet.

You cannot go back to King's Way.

You can find an entrance back to the sewers through one of the previously locked doors under Hollywood.

From console:

G.Kingsway_Open = 1

Then go talk to a taxi driver

Disclaimer: Crenshinibon is correct, the game designers never meant for you to go back. You should save before doing this as you may break your game. (Or you may not... who knows...)
