Heres the thread (to save my typing it all over) on the bethesda forums.
Basic idea is: I edited the pc horses for kicks and giggles, but the changes wont show up, only on the horses with pc scripts though, other horse changes show up fine. details in link:

I've read this before and here I am again, but I still don't understand the question or thread. Are you promoting a mod that you made? But it is having problems and you don't know how to fix it? If that is it, well sorry, I can't help you as I don't even know how to use the so-called "Construction Set".
