well i'm currently trying to beat a 9 month addiction to D2 and picked up BG2 and it kinda flowed from there

The trouble with that, Harry, is that in getting rid of your D2 addiction, your most likely going to develop two others:
1) An addiction to BG2
2) An addiction to Gamebanshee's message boards
