Samsung MP3 Drivers.

Need some help. A friend of mine recently bought a Samsung MP3 player, but he can't get it working. His computer doesn't seem to read the CD, even when the USB is pluged in. We suspect it may have something to do with the drivers. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Is the CD in good physical shape (ie-no scratches or marks)? Will the CD install/run in another computer?
Go to the manufacturer's webpage and download the drivers/support documentation from there, or take it back to the retailer and get a new CD.

Why buy a Samsung mp3 player?
