Hi,
I've been playing again with Wesp's 5.9 patch (excellent work, by the way) and I want to get the Kuei-Jin ending this time, but I can't seem to get that option in the cabbie dialog. I guess I must have insulted her too many time.

I've looked at the caine.dlg file and from what I understand, when I have G.Ming_Fraction = 3 and G.Ming_Insult = 0 it turns G.Caine_Ming = 3 and directs to the Ming lines. I tried changing those values in the console before exiting the Santa Monica blood hunt, but I'm probably doing something wrong - it's not working.

Is there any way the get the Kuei-Jin ending at this point? Maybe by changing the story state?
I'd appreciate any help.

The story state for the Kuei-Jin ending is 100 so try G.Story_State = 100 before talking to the cabbie a second time after e.g. having been to your haven.

Nope, that doesn't work. When I do that I don't even get the option to continue - only go to my haven, blood bank or buy weapons.
If there's no other way I guess I'll just to reload a game before Chinatown...
