Question about Sneak Attack

You do get Sneak Attack when attacking a Stunned target, right? Or only on attacks made after coming out of Stealth?
I'm thinking about a Counsular/Watchman, who would use his increase save DC to stun opponents, and then Sneak Attack them. Would that work?

Thanks in advance!

You get a sneak attack whenever you either flank and opponent or catch them unawares. The latter includes (but is not limited to ;) ) stunned, helpless (such as when they are on the ground) or unaware (such as when you come out of stealth mode). Though if you are planning on using sneak attack I would recomend going the dark side path or just forget it all together and raise Attaon as a major scoundrel (possible 20) before switching to sentinel. With a watchmen (unless you cheat) your sneak attack will only be up to 3d6 extra damage at the end of the game when you can simply flurry/force storm everything to death besides bosses which you can't stun or flank at all.

I know that the Watchman isn't the best Sneak Attacker, but it's more of a try than anything else.

Thanks!
